Gerald Lydell Dickson
Senior Pastor & Teacher

Gerald Lydell Dickson; Sr. Pastor of Beulah Baptist Church, is a native of Covington, Tenn.  He is the fifth child of eleven children
born to Mr. & Mrs. Thurman Dickson, Sr.  He Treasures the wisdom of his grandmothers Hattie Dickson, and Lucinda Wakefield.

Pastor was formally educated in the public schools of Covington, Tenn.  He has a Bachelors Degree, in Religion and Psychology, and
has completed a Master Degree studies program.  Pastor is inspired by the mere fact that God has given him 34 years of preaching,
teaching, evangelistic ministry, and pastoring.  From the teachings of men like, Dr. Isom Stubblefield, Dr. J.R. Armstrong, Dr. H.H.
Graves and Dr. C.E. Thomas, Pastor Dickson has fulfilled many endeavors of ministry, helping others to overcome the ills of life.  He
commends the life and works of Dr. Lester Cousins that guides him into the desire of the Chaplaincy work and Ministry.

Pastor has served four congregations in this span of ministry.  Bethel of Murfreesboro, Tenn., Zion of Newark, Bountiful Blessings
of Newark and Beulah Church.  Ha has learned the gifts and skills with a great passion when it comes to pastoring people.

Many notable and great things have happened over this era of ministry and he agrees that it does not appear what we
shall be.  He is content with the vision and victory God has led him to.

He thanks God for his father and mother for his physical birth, and the people who led him to Jesus for his spiritual birth.  He is
now ready to go and possess the land!  Pastor Dickson acknowledged that here is a call in his spirit to do the work of God, greater
than ever right in Newark, NJ.

We have the vision, God has the provision.  After leading the congregation of Beulah since 1995-accomplishing many things through
prayer and the obedience of the Spirit of God, resolving debt, securing many other directions that God said "yes to," we are ready
for Him, "Jesus" to guide us to that great and glorious day of extended ministry, evangelism, educational facility, and a glorious
temple of God to continue in us what he has begun.  Brothers and sisters I am ready for the hour
that God has ushered in for the lost; the hurting; the dying, the young and the old.  Join what God has done already and what we are
about to walk into.

My Call is to serve his present age and to preach with power the knowledge of Jesus Christ to transform those that will hear God
with me, God in me, God over me and God coming through me.

"I am the good shepherd; I know my sheep and my sheep know me.  Just as the Father knows me and I know
the Father and I lay down my life for the sheep.  I have other sheep that are not of the sheep pen.  I must bring
them also.  They too will listen to my voice, and there shall be one flock and one shepherd."    John 10:14-16
